RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TEG STORE. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product(s). To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
1.2 Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Log in to your TEGSTORE account.
Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Click on the “Return Items” button and follow the instructions provided.
Print the return label and packing slip generated by our system.
Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip inside the package.
Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 10 business days for us to complete this process.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or request additional information as needed. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return process.
